My @club100racing race at @cumbriakartracing was ended early on the 2nd lap when I was collected in this incident. Damage to the kart meant I was unable to continue, but luckily I escaped any damage to myself!

A better night, qualified 4th for the b-final. A black flag for the leader and an early overtakes got him up to 2nd early. Spent a few laps defending the karts behind whilst losing touch with the leader before eventually breaking clear. Was closing in on the leader for the remainder of the race but ran out of time to catch him.

2nd round of kids karting club at @knockhillracingcircuit saw Josh line up alongside fellow @club100racing racer, Isaac Tomlinson. He knew it would be a tough battle and so it proved with Isaacs experience allowing him to win by about 11 seconds. A 3 4 2 night immediately after grid series at @teamsportkarting cambuslang. A good kart in qualifying allowed me to qualify for the A final for only the 2nd time with a 9th place position. Eventually finishing in 9th during the race. Not quite a pb, but pretty close! #teamsport #kartracing #karting #motorsport

Last nights @teamsportkarting grid series event at cambuslang provided me with my best finish yet. Starting from the back in heat 1 I managed to finish in 5th position, then starting 1st in the 2nd heat i managed to keep the lead for the whole race. Heat 3 wasn't so good starting 9th and finishing 11th. This all meant a 5th place start for the final. Holding off the challenge from behind for half the race I eventually dropped into 6th where I would comfortably finish the race. Another challenging but enjoyable day at round 2 of @club100racing northern championship. Josh showed good pace qualifying 13th in the pre B final (only 4 tenths off the pre A final). Unfortunately he was spun at the start and again had to fight from the back. Eventually finishing 20th. Starting 18th in the B final Josh was having a solid race even getting as high as 13th before a small mistake meant settling for 17th. Another amazing experience and showed genuine pace. #club100 #kartracing #karting #motorsport
